I was born in 1951 and I have direct experience of some of the items on that list.(I'll tell more about that later) The one thing that got to me the most when I was researching what to do the changes my body was going through was all the hype I had to sort through. After doing the research for my coaching certification, I learned that some of these products could be harmful.
